Much has been stated in the papers recently regarding the bingo industry struggling as a result of the smoking ban in Britain. Things have become so awful that in Scotland the Bingo industry has asked for big tax cuts to assist in keeping the industry afloat. However will the net variation of this traditional game present a lifeline, or might it in no way compare to its real life peer?

Bingo has been an familiar game usually played by the "blue rinse" generation. For all that the game recently had seen a recent comeback in popularity with younger people opting to go to the bingo halls instead of the clubs on a Friday night.
